Timothy P. O'Brien, the founder of the Law Offices of Timothy P. O'Brien, serves as a principal neutral at JUSTUS ADR SERVICES. With over 45 years of successful trial practice and a keen understanding of how to evaluate cases, Mr. O'Brien brings his wealth of experience to the dispute resolution process, helping parties amicably resolve their legal conflicts.

Recognized for his skills as a trial lawyer, Mr. O'Brien has been selected for membership in the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, where he helped establish and chaired the Academy's Diversity Committee. He also co-founded and chaired the Allegheny County Bar Association's Civil Rights Committee, served as a Vice President of the Bar Association's Board of Governors, and was elected to serve on the ACBA's Judiciary Committee.

In addition to his trial practice, Mr. O'Brien has completed 40 hours of mediation training and is certified by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to serve as a mediator, early neutral evaluator, and arbitrator.

As an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. O'Brien teaches the course "Section 1983 - Constitutional Rights in Action," further demonstrating his commitment to civil rights and constitutional law.
