Daniel R. "Dan" Gigler, a seasoned trial attorney with over 25 years of experience, serves as a principal neutral at JUSTUS ADR SERVICES. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, civil rights, employment, professional malpractice, and products liability cases, Mr. Gigler brings a well-rounded perspective to his role as a mediator, arbitrator, and early neutral evaluator.
Mr. Gigler has been selected as an arbitrator in both court-supervised and private arbitrations for over two decades and has conducted mediations for nearly 20 years. He is certified by the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania as a mediator, arbitrator, and early neutral evaluator.
In addition to his work as a neutral, Mr. Gigler has held leadership roles in a large national organization, where he was responsible for the professional development of lawyers. In this capacity, he conducted trial academies and seminars on courtroom practice, arbitration, and mediation, further honing his skills in dispute resolution.
